Terms of Use
Last updated: October 27, 2026
JungleSkins and the website jungleskins.io (the "Site") are operated by F.N. FACTORY NEW TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 497685, with its registered office at MITSI BUILDING 3, Floor 2, Flat/Office 206, Archiepiskopou Makariou III 1-7, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus ("JungleSkins", the "Company", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the Company. They apply together with our Refund Policy, AML Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. When you first sign in, we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older (or of legal age where you live) and to accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy; you cannot play or deposit until you have done so. We keep a record of the version of these Terms that you accepted. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Site only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the country where you live or the local legal age for games of chance, if higher, and you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Using the Site is lawful in the country where you live and where you access it from.
- You are not a person or entity subject to sanctions of the European Union, the United Nations or the United States, and you are not located in or a resident of a Restricted Country (section 14).
- You have not previously had an account with us closed for a breach of these Terms.
By confirming at sign-in, you confirm that you meet these requirements, and you must continue to meet them while you use the Site. We may ask you for proof of age or identity at any time, as described in our AML Policy, and we may suspend your account until you provide it.
2. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Site or to the law. We will post the updated Terms on the Site and change the "Last updated" date above. We give at least 14 days' notice on the Site of material changes before they take effect. Changes apply from the date they take effect and do not apply to disputes that you notified to us before that date.
When we make a material change, we ask you to accept the updated Terms before you play or deposit again, and we record the version you accept. If you reject a material change, you can close your account under section 12 and we refund your unused balance (as defined in our Refund Policy).
3. Your account and security
You sign in to the Site with your Steam account, provided by Valve Corporation. Steam handles the sign-in: we never see or store your Steam password. When you sign in, we create a JungleSkins account linked to your Steam account and use your public Steam profile name and avatar on the Site.
- You may hold only one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared or used on behalf of someone else.
- The information you give us, including your Steam trade URL, must be correct, current and complete.
- You are responsible for the security of your Steam account and for all activity on your JungleSkins account. We recommend that you enable Steam Guard. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, secure your Steam account and contact us at [email protected] immediately. You can review the devices signed in to your account and sign out other devices in the Security section of your profile.
- Take particular care when you use the Site on a public or shared device, and sign out at the end of each session.
All information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend, restrict or close your account in the circumstances described in section 12.
4. How the Site works
4.1 Your balance
Your account has a single balance, denominated in US dollars. You can use your balance to open cases, play the other games on the Site, buy XP and as a stake in the Upgrader. Your balance cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money, except refunds under our Refund Policy. It is not a bank deposit, electronic money or a payment account, and it does not earn interest. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate conversions for information only; all balances and transactions are in US dollars.
4.2 Adding balance
You can add balance with any payment method we make available on the Site. Balance you buy is credited once the payment is confirmed. Where available, you can also add balance by depositing CS2 skins from your Steam inventory through a Steam trade offer. When you deposit skins, we credit your balance with the value shown when you confirm the deposit. A completed skin deposit is final: the skins become ours and you receive balance in exchange.
Part of a skin deposit may be credited before the Steam trade is final. If the trade is later reversed or does not complete, we will deduct the credited amount from your balance. Any amount that we cannot deduct is a debt that you owe us, and you cannot make withdrawals until it is settled.
4.3 Cases and games
The Site offers case opening and other games, including case battles, the Upgrader and Slide, as well as free reward cases, giveaways and leaderboards. The rules, prices and, where relevant, the odds of each game are shown on the Site before you play.
- Cases. Each case page lists the possible outcomes of the case and their odds. Opening a case deducts its price from your balance and adds the item drawn to your on-site inventory. A case may include an outcome that awards no item; such an outcome is part of the case's listed contents and odds.
- Case battles. Two to four players open the same cases. Depending on the battle mode, either the winning side receives all items opened in the battle, split evenly between its players, or all players share them. Each player's share is made up to an equal value with a voucher. The creator of a battle can fill empty seats with bots run by the Site. Anything a bot wins, and any remainder below one cent per player when items are split, is kept by us.
- Upgrader. You stake inventory items, balance or both for a chance to receive one to four skins from our catalog. The chance of success is shown before you play. If you win, the skins are added to your inventory; if you lose, you lose your stake.
- Slide. In each round you stake balance on a target multiplier. If the round's result reaches your target, your stake multiplied by the target is credited to your balance; otherwise you lose your stake. We also add a share of each round's stakes, at our own cost, to a bonus pool; when the pool is triggered, it is paid out to that round's players in proportion to their stakes.
- Reward cases, giveaways and leaderboards. These are free promotions with their own eligibility rules, which are shown on the Site.
Items you win are added to your inventory, and winnings paid in balance are credited, as soon as the game round is settled.
Outcomes are random. You may receive an item or an amount worth less than what you spent, and over time the total value of what you win is expected to be lower than the total amount you spend.
4.4 Your inventory and item values
Items you win, receive or obtain through the Exchanger or the Upgrader are held in your on-site inventory. Each item has a value, which is fixed when the item enters your inventory and does not change afterwards. Item values are set by us. They are not Steam Community Market prices and can differ from the prices of the same skins on Steam or other marketplaces. Items in your inventory remain on the Site until you sell, exchange, stake or withdraw them.
Vouchers are inventory items with a fixed value. They can be sold or exchanged like other items, and withdrawn as an alternative skin under section 4.7.
4.5 Selling items
You can sell any item in your inventory back to us. Its full value is credited to your balance. A sale cannot be undone.
4.6 Exchanging items
You can exchange one or more inventory items for skins from our catalog, at the catalog prices shown at the time of the exchange. The items you give must be worth at least as much as the skins you receive; any difference is credited to your balance. An exchange cannot be undone.
4.7 Withdrawing skins
You can withdraw an item in your inventory to your Steam account as a CS2 skin. Withdrawals require a valid Steam trade URL and are delivered through a Steam trade offer.
- We send you the same skin if it is available at a price no higher than the item's value. If it is not available, you can choose an alternative skin of lower value instead, and the difference is credited to your balance when the withdrawal completes.
- Withdrawals may be reviewed manually before they are sent, and we may ask you to verify your identity under our AML Policy. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal while a review is open, if you have an outstanding debt to us, or if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms.
- If a withdrawal trade fails, expires or is cancelled, the item is returned to your inventory.
- Trades are subject to Steam's rules, including Steam Guard, trade holds and trade protection, and depend on Steam being available. We are not responsible for delays or restrictions caused by Steam.
4.8 XP and levels
You earn XP by playing, and you can also buy XP with your balance. XP determines your level, which can unlock reward cases. XP has no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and XP purchases are final.
4.9 Promotions and referrals
From time to time we offer promotions, such as referral bonuses, reward cases, giveaways and leaderboard prizes. Each promotion is subject to the rules shown with it. We may withhold, cancel or reverse promotional rewards obtained by abuse, including through multiple accounts or collusion.
5. Fairness, errors and verification
Outcomes that depend on chance are generated by our provably fair system. Before you play, the Site shows a cryptographic hash of the server seed that will be used, and once that seed is revealed you can verify each result on the Site. The outcome recorded by the provably fair system is the outcome of the game.
Display errors, interface glitches or manipulation of the Site do not entitle you to any item, amount or outcome. If a technical fault or error affects a game, a price or a credit, we may correct it, including by reversing an incorrect credit or debit. Where a fault on our side prevents a game from completing, we will restore your stake.
If we identify suspicious activity, we may ask you to verify your identity or the source of your funds before we process your requests, as set out in our AML Policy.
6. Steam and Valve
JungleSkins is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Steam® is a registered trademark of Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike 2, Steam and related names, logos and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The Steam Subscriber Agreement applies to your Steam account and to the items in it, including its restrictions on transferring and trading items. Your rights and obligations towards Valve Corporation under that agreement are separate from, and in addition to, these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its entire contents, features and functionality, including all software, text, graphics, images, video, audio and the design, selection and arrangement of them, are owned by the Company, its licensors or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Site for your own non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the Site, except that:
- your device may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing them;
- your browser may cache files for display purposes; and
- you may print or download a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You must not remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notices on materials from the Site, or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes. If you want to use material from the Site in any other way, contact us at [email protected].
No right, title or interest in the Site or its content is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you use the Site in breach of this section, your right to use it ends immediately.
8. Trademarks
The JungleSkins name and logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans belong to the Company or its licensors. You must not use them without our prior written permission.
9. Prohibited uses
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions and anti-money laundering laws;
- use the Site to launder money, to finance terrorism, to transfer value between people, or for any other financial crime;
- open or use more than one account, use another person's account, or let someone else use yours;
- collude with other players, or use bots, scripts or other automated means to play, monitor or copy the Site;
- exploit a bug, error or vulnerability in the Site to your advantage, rather than report it to us;
- provide payment details or skins that do not belong to you, or reverse a payment or a Steam trade that you have made to us without a legitimate reason;
- use a VPN, proxy or other means to hide your location or to get around a restriction we have put in place;
- impersonate the Company, a member of our staff, another user or any other person;
- send advertising, spam or other unsolicited promotional material through the Site;
- interfere with, damage or disrupt the Site, its servers or networks, including by introducing viruses or other harmful material, attempting unauthorised access, or carrying out a denial-of-service attack;
- use the Site in a way that breaches the terms under which Valve Corporation or our payment and service providers provide services needed to operate it; or
- harm or attempt to harm minors in any way.
We may investigate suspected breaches of these Terms and of the law, and we may report suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement, regulators or other competent authorities, and share relevant information with them.
10. Your public profile
Other users and visitors can see your Steam profile name and avatar with your results in the live drops feed, case battles, Slide rounds, giveaways and leaderboards. Your public profile shows your name, avatar, level, XP and the date you joined ("Member since"). We take your name and avatar from Steam each time you sign in, and you can change them on Steam.
Your Steam name and avatar, and anything else you make visible on the Site (such as giveaway details), must not be unlawful, offensive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading or infringe the rights of others, and must not impersonate any person or suggest that it comes from or is endorsed by us. We may hide or remove anything that, in our reasonable opinion, breaches this section.
11. Responsible play
The Site is a form of entertainment. Only spend what you can afford to lose, set yourself a budget and time limit, and never try to win back losses. If you feel that your play is no longer fun or under control, stop and seek help from a support organisation in your country.
If you want to take a break or exclude yourself, email [email protected]. We will freeze your account for the period you choose (at least six months for self-exclusion) and will not reopen it early. Before the freeze starts, you can withdraw your items. While it is frozen you can still sign in and view it, but you cannot play, deposit or withdraw.
12. Suspension and closure of accounts
Closing your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, you can use, sell or withdraw what remains in it under these Terms. Remaining balance cannot be paid out in money, except as described in our Refund Policy.
Our rights. We may suspend, restrict (for example, by making your account read-only or blocking withdrawals) or close your account, and refuse any transaction, if:
- you breach these Terms or we reasonably suspect that you have;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, a sanctions breach or other unlawful activity;
- you do not complete a verification request under our AML Policy;
- you initiate a payment reversal we reasonably consider unjustified, or reverse a Steam trade made to us; or
- the law, a court or a competent authority requires it.
Where your account is closed because of fraud, money laundering, an unjustified payment reversal or another serious breach, we may deduct the reversed amount, anything gained through the breach and our costs, and hold what an authority orders frozen; the rest remains yours.
If we close the Site or your account other than for your breach, we will give at least 30 days' notice where possible, let you use, sell or withdraw your items, and refund unused balance to the original payment method.
13. Information on the Site, changes to the Site and links
We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site or any part of it, add or remove features, and deploy updates at any time. We are not liable if all or any part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period, for example during maintenance.
Information on the Site, other than these Terms and our policies, is provided for general information only. If the Site links to third-party websites or resources, the links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not suggest any association with or endorsement by us that does not exist. You must not frame the Site on any other website.
14. Geographic restrictions
You may not use the Site from Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, the occupied regions of Ukraine or any country subject to comprehensive EU, UN or US sanctions (the "Restricted Countries"). We block access from the listed countries and refuse or close accounts we find are used from the occupied regions.
The Site may not be lawful in other countries too. If you access it, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for complying with local law. We may restrict or block access to the Site from any country or territory.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site, its content and any items obtained through it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty or representation that the Site will be complete, secure, error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
This section does not affect any warranty, guarantee or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unforeseeable or business losses. This does not limit our duty to restore balance or items lost through our fault.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may affect your devices, data or other material because of your use of the Site or your downloading of any material from it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate the Company for losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) that it suffers because of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent that you are responsible for them.
18. Copyright complaints
If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Site;
- your contact details, including your address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
19. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will try to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you which alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body is competent and whether we will use it.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, including non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, have jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If we bring proceedings against you as a consumer, we will do so in the courts of the country where you are domiciled where the law requires it. You may also contact your local consumer protection authority.
20. General
Waiver. If we do not enforce a right or provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of it.
Severability. If a court or competent authority finds any provision of these Terms invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive the end of this agreement, including those on intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law, survive it.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to an affiliate or to a successor of our business, provided this does not reduce your rights under these Terms; we will tell you if we do.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, AML Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and supersede any earlier agreement or understanding about it.
Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
