Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted on jungleskins.io (the "Site"), which is operated by F.N. FACTORY NEW TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 497685, with its registered office at MITSI BUILDING 3, Floor 2, Flat/Office 206, Archiepiskopou Makariou III 1-7, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus ("JungleSkins", "we", "us" or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Use. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

1. General policy on refunds

All purchases on the Site are final and non-refundable, except as set out in this policy or where the law requires otherwise. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.

2. Non-refundable purchases and items

The following are non-refundable:

• balance that has been used, including to open cases, play case battles, the Upgrader or Slide, or buy XP;
• case openings and other game results, including the items won and any outcome that awards no item;
• items you have sold, exchanged, staked or withdrawn to Steam;
• XP and levels;
• rewards, giveaway prizes, leaderboard prizes, referral bonuses, vouchers and other promotional balance or items; and
• balance received for skins you deposited. A completed skin deposit is final, and the skins are not returned.

Balance, items and XP cannot be transferred between accounts.

3. Refunds of unused balance

Unused balance means a top-up from which nothing has since been spent; it excludes winnings, sale proceeds, skin-deposit credit and bonuses, and any bonus linked to the top-up (such as a referral-code deposit bonus) is removed when the top-up is refunded.

We do not refund balance that has been used. We refund unused balance to the original payment method if we close the Site or your account other than for your breach, or if you close your account because you reject a material change to our Terms (sections 2 and 12 of our Terms of Use). In other cases we may, at our discretion, refund unused balance that you added directly with a payment method if you ask us at [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase. If we grant a refund, the refunded amount is deducted from your balance and returned to the original payment method.

If a fault on our side means that something you paid for was not delivered (for example, you were charged for a case opening that did not complete), we will restore the affected balance or item or, where that is not possible, refund it.

4. Your right of withdrawal as a consumer

If you are a consumer in the European Union, or in another country that gives consumers a similar right, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded online without giving a reason.

Balance on the Site is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Before you pay, we ask you to agree that we start immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you start using that balance. We confirm your purchase and this consent by email. Performance begins when you first use your balance after that purchase, for example by opening a case, joining a case battle, using the Upgrader, placing a Slide bet or buying XP. From that moment, you no longer have a right of withdrawal for that purchase.

If the top-up is still unused (see section 3), you may withdraw from it within 14 days of the purchase by emailing [email protected]. We will deduct the amount from your balance and refund it to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.

Model form: “To F.N. FACTORY NEW TECHNOLOGIES LTD, [email protected]: I withdraw from the top-up of [amount] made on [date]. Account ID or Steam ID: […].”

The right of withdrawal does not apply to skin deposits, in which you sell skins to us in exchange for balance.

5. Billing errors

If you believe that you were charged incorrectly, or charged for a transaction that you did not make, you must tell us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. If you report a billing error later, we may find it harder to investigate. This does not affect any rights you have against your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks and reversed trades

Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer; we can usually resolve problems faster directly.

If you initiate a payment reversal we reasonably consider unjustified, we may suspend or close your account, deduct the reversed amount, anything gained through it and our costs, and hold what an authority orders frozen; the rest remains yours. Disputing a payment you did not authorise is not a breach. We will cooperate with the relevant payment provider and authorities to dispute chargebacks that we believe are unjustified or fraudulent.

If a Steam trade in which you deposited skins is reversed or does not complete, we deduct the balance credited for it. Any amount that we cannot deduct is a debt that you owe us, and you cannot make withdrawals until it is settled.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid only to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not pay refunds in cash, in skins or to a different payment method or account.

8. Final decision

We review every refund request. Except where the law gives you a right to a refund, we may approve or refuse a request at our discretion. If you disagree with our decision, you can make a complaint under section 19 of our Terms of Use.
